Super helpful staff made our stay here really enjoyable, and the food selection was on point 👌. the room was beautifully furnished, looked brand new, and had three spacious beds - plenty of room to stretch out and relax.

Nearby an underground station, the location was unbeatable and magnificent, in the desert. The hotel's staff was really polite👍👌

The location was favourable and unbeatable: a shopping mall and a market were within walking distance. We ate at an excellent restaurant at the first floor.

Booked a Wheelchair Accessible room with a sofa and got it upon arrival, which was great.

This is a nicely designed Hotel in classical-modern look, in a good location i.e. close to airport, city center and main attractions / shopping malls. The hotel is very clean and well maintained with friendly staff.

For a 5 star Hotel in Dubai - and as Moevenpick is also a trade mark for fine foods around the globe - the breakfast menu could offer a little bit more variety and swiss quality. The Friday brunch buffet offered much variety and very good quality instead.

I absolutely loved staying here because the place was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service, and its location was ideal, being close to a subway station.

Quitence of the hotel

Housekeeping was only towice a week.

The location was prime central, just a short walk to a taxi all the time and many attractions. We met service-oriented and very supportive staff always at our service. Liked having an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and an air conditioner in the room.

i like the comfort, the cleanliness of the environment and accesibility to locations in dubai.

Nice large executive room

Hotel lobby was under refurbishment, without information to guests. Workers were running with mask protection while front desk employees and guests needed to withold the paint smells. In Executive Lounge no availability of drinks etc. only at check-out found out that they are available on request during Ramadan. You feel everywhere that hotel management is very greedy.

The staff here were super helpful, making our stay extra comfy. Being right in the center was really convenient 👍. Plus, just 2 miles away, we found the cool Dubai Frame Gallery!
